coloring the space between two moving averages in a different way if it is mooving to the top or bottom
.not as sma REGION2 that has only one color always.

and there is an indicator as price alert but that lets you color in the chart area below or above the line?

Mano. Enclosed is an indicator which should do at least in part what you want. It colors the region between any of two EMAs, SMAs, HMAs or LinRegs also cross-wise, meaning e.g. between an EMA and a LinReg. Different color for up and down. Opacity can also be set.

Mano. Attached image shows the indicator menu. Also attached is the indicator itself which changes the background coloring when two SMAs cross. You can turn on or off a symbol and sound file when the two SMAs cross.
