"Rising/Falling" criteria

How would you code that ADX needs to be rising as well as above 15?

Inversely, how would you code that ADX cannot be falling but needs to be above 15.

I saw that the condition builder provides a rising, falling and slope criteria under Misc. but don't know how to use it properly for this situation.
