How to calculate RSI?

Dow Jones 16/6 RSI14: 46.37 from http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=$INDU

However, I try to calculate by myself and the RSI 14 of Dow Jones on 16/6 should be 33.26.

Can anyone tell me the reason?

You can find the calculation for the RSI in NinjaTrader under Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > RSI.
