    scaling help for indicator

    I'm trying to overlay a CCI indicator on the price chart for easy observation of divergences, but I can't get the scaling correct. If I select "true" for autoscale (in the indicator parameters window), the CCI is compressed to the point of being invisible and I can only view the price. If I select "false", the price is compressed to almost just a line, but the indicator is visible.

    Isn't there a way to have the CCI use "indepent" scaling? I don't need a scale at all for the CCI, I'm only looking at how it moves in relation to the price.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I don't know if this can easily be done.

    This is planned for NT7 though if I remember correctly.

      Thanks;

      I couldn't find anything relevent on this before posting. After posting however, the forum automatically displays relevent threads which confirms what you say below.

      I appreciate your response. It will save me the time of banging my head against the wall. I'll try to patiently wait for NT7.
