RSI - draw indicator as histogram

Hi guys

Could anyone give me some information how I can change the RSI indicator so it will be drawn as histogram round the zero line, so goes from +50 to -50

You could try setting the Plot Style property on the "RSI" plot on the indicator properties dialog to "Bar".

You can try the TSI (True Strength Index) with the setting 2x that of the RSI. TSI with the settings of (28,1) is roughly the same as RSI with the settings of (14,1). Then you can set the Plot Style to Bar and "there you have it". Enjoy!

If I change the RSI to display bars it will still only run 0-100 but not +/- 50 like histogram.

Correct. Unfortunately you can't change the scaling. You would need to custom code your own variation of the RSI.
