    MovingAverageType

    Hi,
    I'm calling another indicator and one of the arguments of this indicator is "MovingAverageType maType", what do I enter since it is not an "int" argument? Thanks.

    Hello 2Look4me,

    Thank you for your post.

    In the SampleUniversalMovingAverage() it would be SampleUniversalMovingAverage(UniversalMovingAverag e.EMA, 14), so it would seem to be MovingAverageType.EMA in your case.

      Hi Patrick,

      Thanks for the prompt response.
      In the #region Variables, the indicator that I'm calling has:
      private MovingAverageType maType = MovingAverageType.SMA;
      But what do I enter for that kind of an argument in order to call the indicator?
      Thanks again.

        Hello 2Look4me,

        Thank you for your response.

        Pass MovingAverageType.SMA as the constructor to the indicator method.
