Excluding time periods

Hi everyone

I happen to be using Renko bars but I guess this would apply to any type of bar.

Simply put, I'd like to exclude an indicator from appearing between say 10pm and 8am the next morning (on an FX chart). I've found a few suggestions but I'd appreciate a couple of lines of code that will accomplish this.

Obviously, the times could vary and I'm sure the same code would equally apply to a strategy.

Hello arbuthnot,

You would need to ensure that the indicator does not set a plot value during the hours you specify.

For example:

if (ToTime(Time[0]) < 90000 || ToTime(Time[0]) > 160000)
{
return;
}
