Help making SMA

I like to use SMA on my charts and wanted a better version.

I want to program a SMA but have a sound file and alert on the chart when the Price closes below or above it but having a very difficult time doing so. Can some please help in making this work or point me to the right area.

I would have the Alert and visuals already built in, you could for example set the first MA to have a period of just 1 to represent your price for the crossover.

How would I change the sound file to something of my liking and also this is exactly what I was looking for and ty.

I also see a section where it can text alert? Will that be easy to do, or must I do something extra for that to work.

Glad to hear, you could put your custom sounds in the C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader Installation Folder\sounds folder as this would be the folder the indicator will access. Then you can supply your custom sound in the sound file user input the study would offer from the UI.

Yes, you can give the alert your custom text as well for a message to be issued, this is a user input as well you can just edit for each indicator instance.
