    How to find the number of days loaded inside an indicator

    How can I find how many days of data is loaded from inside an indicator?

    #2
    Hello,

    You can use the following to get the value you would enter when you create the chart, the days to load

    Code:
    Bars.BarsData.DaysBack
    I look forward to being of further assistance.

      You can query the undocumented DaysBack, but the approved manner would be to just calculate it.

      Untested code which should do it. Let me know if it does not.
      Code:
      int DaysLoaded = -1;
      if (CurrentBar == Bars.Count - (CalculateOnBarClose? 2 : 1)) DaysLoaded = (Time[0] - Time[CurrentBar]).Days;
