Need Indicator to change color of certain horizontal lines

Can someone help point me in the right direction or if this is even possible - I need an indicator that can:

1) Identify all global horizontal lines of a certain color

2) Hide them from that chart (please note, if the only way to do this is to change their color to the same color as the background, that is perfectly acceptable, but it must change the color of those lines only on the chart that the indicator is on)

I'm basically looking for a clever way to have specific lines show up on all charts of the same timeframe, but I do not want to see them on all charts of a higher timeframe.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is it possible to write an indicator that would copy all lines of a certain color over to another chart in another workspace?

Unfortunately, this would not be possible. It is possible to get the color set from an object but not assign it to another chart's object.
