I would try to reset your browser back to the default settings to make sure that is not the main cause of this. If you are using Internet Explorer you may follow the steps in the link below to reset your browser.

You may also try another browser to see if you are able to download it in a zip format.

Note that if the file is just being remapped as a ".php" file then you may try to change the file type from ".php" to ".zip" but I would first try the two different steps above first before trying this.

The green dots represent new momentum high/lows. To qualify, there needs to be a 40 period hi/low on the oscillator along with a 20 period hi/low on the price indicator. I use a 3 bar lookback on new price high/lows to allow for slight timing mismatches in price and oscillator highs.
