plotting graphic object unerneath the price bars

hello - I am overriding the plot method and am using the graphics object to draw shapes. The shapes are coming up above the main price bars. Is there a way to have them drawn underneath?

Yes. of course you can draw them below the price bars. You just need to use the proper code. If you attach your pulic override void Plot() section, we could probably give you a hint how to achieve it.

This is unsupported territory but Koganam's suggestion should do the trick.
