How to serialize a font name or font?

Hello edward_bell,

Serializing a Font works similar to a color.

Here would be an example of a user selectable font:

 private Font _vlFont;

        [NinjaTrader.Gui.Design.DisplayName("6. Text font")]
        public Font VlFont
        {
            get { return _vlFont; }
            set { _vlFont = value; }
        }

        [Browsable(false)]
        public string VlFontSerialize
        {
            get { return NinjaTrader.Gui.Design.SerializableFont.ToString(_vlFont); }
            set { _vlFont = NinjaTrader.Gui.Design.SerializableFont.FromString(value); }
        }

This will place a selector in the properties panel of the indicator/strategy and then you can use the _vFont inside your script as the variable font.
