Get Bar Color set by another Indicator

I have an indicator that sets the Bar Color --is it possible to build a separate indicator that can get the bar color set by that other indicator if that property isn't exposed by the indicator setting the color?

Thank you for the question.

Unfortunately two separate indicators are unable to see the change for the bar color because they are both being calculated at the same time.

If the bar color is set from 1 indicator and then checked from another the second that is checking the color shows "Color[Empty]" as the returned color.
