I am using CandleOutLineColor in the context as given below

if (Close[0] > Opens[0][0]
&& Rising (LinReg(BarsArray[0],9))
&& Rising (LinReg(BarsArray[0],20))
&& LinReg(BarsArray[0],9)[0] > LinReg(BarsArray[0],20)[0])
{
CandleOutlineColor = aupColor;
}

Is there a way to make the width of this "outline"-line a bit thicker?

Unfortunately, there is no method or function to set the width of the candle outline.

You can code a custom plot and draw an additional outline on top of the one that is shown. Please have a look at the native NinjaTrader Heikin Ashi indicator to understand how this can be done.

Candle outline width: ChartControl.ChartStyle.Pen.Width
Candle wick width: ChartControl.ChartStyle.Pen2.Width
