Prevent creating a new panel

Hi,

I've made an indicator that draws rectangles in the main panel. But for some reason it creates a new panel (3) when I first add the indicator to my chart.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Maybe auto-set the panel to 1 in stead of a new higher number?
