I have coded a Bollinger Bands indicator with enhanced features

-> the midband can be chosen from 30 different moving averages
-> lookback period for moving average can be different from lookback period for standard deviation
-> midline can be colored according to slope (up, down, neutral)
-> channel lines can be colored according to their slope or midband slope
-> indicator comes with paintbars based on midband slope
