Number of bars per time interval

Hello Ninja's,

I am trying to develop and indicator that will tell me how many bars have occurred during a user defined time period.

Pictured example, if I am using a 100 Volume Chart and I want to determine the total number of bars that have printed from 9am to 9:10am.

Ideally I would like to be able to have a couple different user defined time zones to count the number of volume bars from the open to the close or the overnight bar count for example.

My level of programming is beginner.
