Changing Background color between two Moving averages.

    Hello All,

Looking to change the color of the chart only between two moving averages. So when for example 7 SMA cross above 20 SMA then the area between them ONLY changes color to Green. the rest of the chart remain the same . and when the 7SMA crosses below the 20 SMA then Only the area between the two moving averages change color to RED.
How do I do that in Ninja trader.

Do you have an example or code I can look at.

    Regards,
    George

    Hello George,

    Thank you for your post.

You would want to download and import the SMARegions indicator from our forum which does this kind of setup

    http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...tid=4&lpage=11

    To Import

    * Download the indicator to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
    * From the Control Center window select the menu File> Utilities> Import NinjaScript
    * Select the downloaded .zip file
    * NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical - Specifically for some indicators, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

      Hello,

What you have is very helpful and I do appreciate it. It will give me an idea of how to code my own. Do you have an Indicator that has EMA and VWMA. where can I find more downloaded indicators and strategy made by the community.

      Regards,
      George
      Thank you for your help
