Error in load SP500

I am trying to access SP500 index data through code but getting following error. Please advise:

tdameritrade:erro:backfill”$spx.x” hdr:400 validation failed for 1of1 requests your request is not valid
also error on loading chart data for ’^sp500 cboe’: error- hdr: 400 validation failed for 1of1 requests. your request is not valid"
