Horizontal Lines with Custom Text

I want to draw a horizontal line and add custom text to that line. I do not want to add price as many of the indicators do. I want to add text like "support level", etc. Any code snippets would be appreciated.

You would want to use DrawHorizontalLine() and DrawText() with each other.

How do I keep the text positioned at the same x coordinate while the price bars are drawing and moving the chart? I want the text to stay in place right above the line.

You can use a stored variable value at the time you create the DrawLine and DrawText to use for the double Y value.

Sample -

if(condition 1)
{
     double textValue = High[0] + 3*TickSize;
     double lineValue = High[0];

     DrawHorizontalLine("MyTag", lineValue, Color.Black);
     DrawText("MyText", "message", 0, textValue, Color.Black);
}
