Indicator a day late...

Hi,

I've noticed a strange behavior. I have my indicators loaded on daily charts and after a day has ended. The indicators are not plotting the last day value even after the close. When the day closes, I would expect the indicators to have all the data the need to be plotted and shown on charts or used in strategies. Why is this not happening? Can I do something differently? Picture attached of a google daily chart - momentum indicator applied showing today (Jan 17th - Friday close, but no indicator plotted). This is run today (Saturday, 18th), so even a day later it is not shown. Thoughts? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

The indicators will not update on CalculateOnBarClose = true until the close of the bar but NinjaTrader will need the open of the next bar to consider the bar closed. To resolve this matter, right click in your chart > select Indicators > select the indicator applied to your chart > then set the CalculateOnBarClose to False > OK.
