where can I find $tick indicator?

$tick is not an indicator, it is a market statistic that plots like an instrument. Whether or not you can access $tick depends on your datafeed. In general, brokers do not supply this (I think IB and AMP are possible exceptions). Kinetick, IQ Feed and eSignal do provide this symbol.

Thank you coolmoss for helping out. NinjaTrader supports 4 instrument types - futures, stocks, forex and index instruments. A market statistic such as the $TICK is an index instrument in NinjaTrader. You can check what data feed provider supports index data at the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider'.

My data provider is CQG

CQG supports index data. Your CQG connection needs to be enabled for it. When you create the CQG connection, you can enable 'Include index data'.

ok now i have it on my chart but now it doesnt move with the price
