A simple indicator...but I don't have a clue..help!

Hi All,

I'd like someone to write a simple indicator that does the following and am happy to pay someone to do it.

However, it is such a small job I am not sure the big programmers would be interested.

This is what I want the indicator to do:
Take the average range of the last 100 bars and multiply it by 2. If the current bar is larger than the range calculated and it closes below the 20% level of its range ,highlight it on my chart in some way(preferably a red box around it or something similar) if it closes above the 80% level of its range, highlight it in blue.

Anyone interested in helping out for a small fee?
