That is the correct address, however Mail to Support from within your NT would be best.

In the line you cited, just change the 117 to 8.25 (which is the default) and save the file and restart NT.

Thanks for your time today.

We were able to make the changes by right clicking on the UI.xml file and selecting Edit
After making the changes we closed the old Time & Sales window, opened a new one, and it tested good.
