Indicator which open an unmanaged order

I would like to create an indicator with a button, which open for me an unmanaged order, but I dont know how to do it. I've developed it in a Strategy, but in the indicator window the following code is not working at all.

Need some help here:P

Unmanaged = true;
EntriesPerDirection = 1;
EntryHandling = EntryHandling.AllEntries; 
CalculateOnBarClose = false;
TraceOrders = true;

//OnPushButtonPart
