    Multi TimeFrame Indicator Question

    I have an indicator that calculates SMAs in 3 different TimeFrames besides the chart timeframe.

    I access the values as follows

    smaVal1=SMA(BarsArray[1],14);
    smaVal2=SMA(BarsArray[2],14);
    smaVal3=SMA(BarsArray[3],14);

    My question is how can I control :

    Calculate on bar close = True or False ?

    the first 2 SMAs I want to get the updated SMA value at every Tick, while the third SMA I want the value only at the close of the bar for BarsArray[3].

    Is this possible?

    Your entire script will have to be set to COBC true or false.

    I you want calculations to happen on each tick for one time frame but only at the bar close with another you would need to set COBC to false and then use the following conditional check where needed to only allow calculations at the start of a bar

    Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
