Trend of the MACD line

Hi Ninjas

I'd like to be able to determine a trend of a MACD Signal line.

Essentially, to do the same what indicators such as "AutoTrendH" or "TrendSpotter" already do on the price data. So I thought it should be quite easy just to change the input somehow of these indicators so that they are plotted on the MACD Signal Line.
I would ideally like to achieve that using AutoTrendH indicator, but if TrendSpotter is better for this matter, then that'll work.

If you could advise me:

• whether that's the best way to do that
• if not, then what alternative is already available or can be done
• if yes, then how shall I do that?

Thank you for your post.

I have tested these indicators with the MACD and it will require changing the inputs of these indicators to run on the MACD. Currently if you change the Input Series to MACD they will plot at 0 or crash.
