Trade detection within an indicator

Hi, can I detect whether I am in a trade in an indicator, or can I only accomplish that in a strategy? There's a certain condition I want to check in my indicator, but only if I'm in a trade. Thanks for your input.

pman777, there would unfortunately not be a supported solution to check for a manual trade either from an indicator or strategy here.
