Hello tulanch,

You would not be able to change the fill pattern for the DrawRegion.

If you would like you can create your own custom drawing and plotting using C# methods directly. There is a built in sample that can help you get started by going to Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Indicators -> CustomPlotSample.
