Up and Down Count

I am looking for an indicator that counts the up bars over a given period and subtracts the down bars. For example: Over a period of 100 there would be 60 up bars and 40 down bars. The oscillator should read +20.
I could not find a indicator that does that. (The DM indi comes close) .
Did I overlook something?
Or could somebody help me to whip up some code for it. It should not be to complicated.
