multi color indicator line CalculateOnBarClose true

I found that changing the CalculateOnBarClose ( COBC ) from false to true caused an indicator to plot correctly. With help from the good folks at Ninja, I was able to re-code and simplify the indicator so that it plots correctly.

The attached jpg shows how a double line is drawn when COBC is set to true ono the left and the correct drawing once the code has been changed.

The change involved using just one plot and the PlotsColors[0][0] array. (The colors for the HMA are hard coded to be red and green.)

I have attached the old code (developed by one of the good folks on this thread) as HMAColourChange.zip and the revised code as HMAColorChange.zip (that would be the American spelling of "color").
