Accessing an imported indicator from within a custom indicator

    Hi all,

I've done work developing simple custom indicators that can access things like moving averages, etc.

I've imported an indicator (a ninjacator to be precise) but am not sure how to reference it. In general when you import an indicator do you have namespaces with it? How do you reference imported code?

    thanks,

    john

    Hello,

Try typing this. in the indicator editor and it should bring up intellisense where you can browse through all of the available methods.

Click here for more information on using Intellisense

If you can access your imported indicator, it should be listed here. However it is possible that the vendor has prevented you from accessing this method from an external script.
