Coding MarketDelta is far too complex. I cannot think that anybody is going to code that for you for free.

This looks to be a Volume Footprint chart without the volume - how does it help you trade?

You might try the Gom tools at Big Mikes Forum - there is a Volume ladder for NT available in the Elite section.
