Error: GetDayBar() should only be used for accessing prior trading day data.

Bars.GetSessionBar(0).Time get the error:
“GetDayBar() should only be used for accessing prior trading day data. To access current trading day data, please use the CurrentDayOHL() method.”

What method/technique should be used to get the 0 bar’s time and volume?
