Time Value of Manual Vertical line on chart

Hi Folks,

This is what i want to do:

- Whenever i draw a manual vertical line on the chart, i want some data to be reset to 0; I have finished coding the indicator, but i am stuck with one problem. I just do not know how to gather the time value of the manual vertical line that i draw on a chart, so that i can compare it with Time[0] to do the reset process.
