if(Historical) returns true on last 5 min bar

In my understanding, when a bar closes, another opens concurrently. So if when a new bar opens, the prior bar is historical, how can the bar indexed as 0 in my code be non- historical? I'm still not clear.

With COBC true, the opening of the new bar is the exact same event as the closing of the current bar. Pick your poison.

The bar is real until after it closes. Do not overthink it. IOW, as soon as the bar calculates. it switches from realtime to historical, but it calculates first.

The Market Analyzer will work with alerts only in real-time as well. I don't believe this has to do with the condition being checked historical or real-time. I'd suggest further evaluating the conditions you're setting the plot and alerts.
