Trying to create simple indicator

Hello all , im just getting back into ninjatrader after a 4 year layoff and i forgot everything i learned up to this point. I am trying to create a simple "market struture low" indicator that creates some sort of bar on a histogram activate. The code itself
is as follows: LOW 2 bars ago < LOW 3 bars ago and
LOW 1 bar ago < LOW 2 bars ago and
CLOSE current bar > CLOSE 1 bar ago

Thats it ........the code is not very tech but ive had alot of luck with it.....

Any help would be greatly app. Thank you much
