lower High and higher Low pivot

I need to create a custom indicator based on RSI pivot points, which produces a signal when it makes a lower High or higher Low.


See screenshot below. eg. In following RSI purple line indicator should gives true at red arrows, which are lower High and higher Lows, compared to their immediate predecessor RSI pivots.



Please advise.
