Horizontal Line Trader

Hi Folks
I am looking for an indicator/strategy that will Buy/Sell on a horizontal line that is manually drawn on a chart. The initial cross of this line will establish a position and each subsequent cross will reverse the position. I want to manually be able to move the Horizontal Line up and down the chart as needed. Any suggestions?

I don't really want to be "alerted", but rather I want it to execute a reversal trade every time the is crossed. I will download and play with it anyway. Thanks again
