Restricting Values of a Variable

Hello.

I want a string variable, _endGame, to be one of only two values.

How do I set the variable _endGame to contain a value of either "choiceA" or "choiceB"?

Is there something I need to setup in the Properties section?

When I open the indicator on the chart, I want there to be a dropdown list next to _endGame where I can select either choiceA or choiceB.

You can create a custom enum for this. Please refer to this sample code which further demonstrates how to create an enum.
