Indicator DrawsRectangle() on wrong chart panel

Hi,

I developed an indicator which simply draws horizontal bands across the chart, using the DrawRectangle() function. It works great. When I put this indicator on the second panel of a chart, telling it in the chart's Indicator Properties to use Panel 2, the bands get drawn on the first panel, using that panel's Y coordinates. What's weird is that the indicator's name appears on the second panel (upper left) as you would expect.
