Differences between base Bars and added Bars objects

Let's say we have a base chart with ES Week set to 50 bars of data-to-load.

We add an indicator which its Initialize() method adds ES Day that gets the data-to-load value of 50 bars from the base chart.

Aside from that, we open a new chart which its base instrument is ES Day set to 50 bars of data-to-load.

If a similar indicator logic is applied to both the added Day Bars of the first chart and to the second Day Bars based chart, what could be the reasons for differences in calculated values as well as line plots?
