Change [Browsable(false)] parameter value.

Hello.
As I understood correctly, Ninja script do no support simple enabling or hiding properties just using propertyName.visible= false (true)....

Seems parameter [Browsable(true)] , can show or hide property.
So, the question is : how to change the value of this parameter [Browsable] programmatically ?
how is that possible?
