How does one get the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator?

Hi, I noticed there isn't the indicator there and I'm new to this platform. although I can very clearly see it's potential.

Is there any way I can attain the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator?

Welcome to the forum!

There are four different options as 3rd party add-ons I have found in our forum indicators download section. They are listed below. You can add them by downloading the indicator > then going to File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript. Then, navigate to the file downloaded (it will be a .zip file), and importing the file itself.

ichimoku inidicator issue with the cloud

I have downloaded those ichimoku indicators but none of them show the cloud projected xperiods forward as ichimoku is originally designed. But the end of the cloud is aligned with with the latest price.

The chikou span shows properly xperiods backwards as it should. So that is correctly.

In ninjatrader if you go to displacement you can move all the features of the indicater forwards or backwards but that wouldn't work either.

The original ichimoku indicater needs:
- The cloud to be projected xperiods forward
- The chikou span to be projected xperiods backwards.
- The tenkan and kijou lines to be aligend with the price.

Everything is set up properly in the indicaters posted above execpt the chikou span which does not project forward xperiods.

Anyone knows a link where a could download the ichimoku like that to be installed in ninjatrader or how to configure to project the cloud forward xperiods.

I do not see how what you posted is any different from the image that I posted. Our indicator DOES project the cloud into the future. Heck, if there is not enough space to do so, our Ichimoku indicator will adjust the margins to give itself space, and will restore the original margins when you remove the indicator.

Yes, that image was to show how is should look which is how your image shows it as well. So I must have something wrong in my configuration...

I cannot talk about any other vendor or free Ichimoku indicator. I am only talking about the one that we provide. What we provide, follows all the rules, and is self-adjusting, if necessary. What other's Ichimoku does is not my purview.

No, but the last image I posted is from your indicator install in ninjatrader.
It is not showing the cloud forward into the future. I have given a big margin to the properties of the chart but it still remains aligned with the price.
Do you know which could be the issue?

Hi Alberto,

I don't think there's such a FREE version on the market.
Some special programming is required in order to draw forward clouds.
