MACD alert

How can I set up an alert for a combination of the MACD histogram and price? Specifically, I want an alert for when price is the highest high for x periods and MACD histogram is less than highest high for x periods (or even less than zero) .

Does anyone have this?

I am not immediately aware of an indicator that already exists that would accomplish this, but it would be possible to create.

In other words, I have to pay $60 for an alarm that may (or may not) be beneficial.
