Net-Lines Indicator

Hi, I am not a NinjaTrader programmer, and I am interested having someone code for me the Net-Lines indicator depicted, including a description of Net-Lines, on the following chart. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee. Please indicate what you think a reasonable fee to develop this indicator. I am using NinjaTrader 7. Thanks.

I found the following ThinkorSwim Net-Lines script. I will pay someone via PayPal a reasonable fee if they will convert the ThinkorSwim script to a working NinjaTrader 7 script/indicator.
