High and Low Swings

Does anybody know if there is an indicator line that plots the highs and lows of bars...

Example:

If a down bar then the line would plot the LOW of the bar
and if an up bar the line would plot the HIGH of the bar
and if an even bar ( open and close same ) then it would take the Close

?
