Calculating only on live data

I have an indicator which is only meant to be used with live data, but whenever I add it to a chart, it calculates for all of the historical data (previous bars) on the chart as well. This isn't a huge deal, but it means that the indicator takes longer to load, so I'm wondering if there's a way to force the indicator to only calculate on live data as it comes in through OnBarUpdate(), and not historical data. Thanks.

Radical, if you wanted to calculate on realtime data only in the OnBarUpdate(), please use the Historical property for that task - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...historical.htm
