I thought this would be simple until I realized the multi-instrument support is ONLY for strategy & won't compile in Indicator code.... 
I need to create either a histogram (with hi, current, & lo values shown)
or a simple 1 minute bar chart of the price difference between a Futures symbol and its corresponding cash index, with an optional offset. This is also known as Stretch/Squeeze.
